The singer Halsey graced Instagram this afternoon in a glowing—and growing—look to remember. She announced her pregnancy with the caption “surprise!” and the trifecta of emojis: a baby bottle, a rainbow, and an angel. Her outfit could not have been more Halsey: perfectly laid-back with a hint of bohemian flair. She wore a crochet knit bikini in a rainbow print and a pair of loose faded denim jeans with the waist folded over. (We’ve seen the denim and bump look before with fellow pregnant celebrity, Emily Ratajkowski!) The series of photos were taken by the 21-year-old photographer Sam Damshek. She tagged screenwriter Alev Aydin in the post, who later reshared the image on his Instagram stories accompanied with hearts.
Recently, the singer has truly come into her own. She released a soul-searching book of poetry I Would Leave Me If I Could in November, had several bold hair changes, and even recently launched a makeup line. Her personal style has also been evolving to include a mix of vintage and pieces from smaller designers.
