Everyone is wearing sweatpants now, so much so that it’s become a meme. Sure, the occasional Zoom meeting demands a bit of a dress up, but on most days, cozy sweatsuits (or even PJs) are the new daily go-to. Even Kendall Jenner has been mostly wearing sweats or other forms of loungewear. But not today. The model posted a photo today that is basically the sartorial opposite of showing off a matching tie-dye sweatsuit. Jenner’s opting for a much sultrier, if less relatable, look.
“Did my makeup n stuff,” Jenner wrote, sharing a new photo of herself chilling on top of a cozy-looking bed. The model’s choice of attire for the photo to accompany the aforementioned makeup was a black lacy bodysuit (or possibly a lacy camisole with matching shorts). What, you’re telling me you don’t saunter around the house in tasteful, alluring undergarments, too?
In this instance, Jenner’s lockdown style was less about comfort, more about dressing up for the ’gram. It’s a spirit that her sister, Kylie Jenner, has taken up on her own page, too. (Kylie’s been wearing everything from Chanel tennis gear to a bodycon Charlotte Knowles set.) This photoshoot-worthy Kendall ensemble, however, takes glam loungewear to the next level—even Kylie herself was shook, commenting, “this is rare kendall content!!!!” Leave it to Kendall to come in hot with a mic-drop execution. And if she changes back into sweats now that she’s taken the photo, it’s a judgment-free zone.
