18 Vogue Editors’ Picks from the New Common Threads Amazon Fashion Store

At Vogue, we’ve spent a lot of time recently thinking about our summer outfits. Maybe it’s because we’re presently all working from home and not going anywhere too special, but pretty printed dresses and fun accessories are often what we’re daydreaming about.

When Vogue, Amazon, and the CFDA announced the new Common Threads store on Amazon yesterday, that meant that suddenly some of our favorite American designers were available just two taps away—how tempting. So, naturally, 18 Vogue editors combed through the new store and chose their favorite picks. It doesn’t hurt that many editors have seen these brands grow and have worked with the designers before, making the shopping trip a bit more personal. For one editor, the dress she styled Kim Kardashian West in for a Vogue shoot can now be hers (or yours) forever! From summery straw hats to linen dresses, elegant evening wear to studded flatforms, there’s something for everyone and more than enough to satiate our daydreams. Ahead, 18 Vogue editors share their top picks from the Amazon store.

After being stuck inside all winter, I am embracing the warmer days and getting out for more walks. This Gigi Burris hat will provide the perfect shade from the summer sun.

My summer wardrobe is full of loose, easy pieces – nothing too tight or clingy! This billowy blouse is perfectly paired with jeans for summer nights outdoors.

I love the ‘90s minimal vibe of this Ryan Roche slip dress. Normally, I’d be packing it for a summer weekend away – but for now it’s equally great for hanging out at home.

Tanya Taylor’s tote is the ultimate picnic set up, all in one basket. A must-have for this summer’s dining al fresco (the at home edition), or in the park. It even comes with wine glasses and all the fixins! I’d also love to wear these Edie Parker flower earrings while picnicking, even if I’m alone in my own backyard!

I just got a pair of these vacation-in-a-box sunglasses from Krewe. They are the perfect updated classic black specs and give me major French Riviera/vintage convertible/Grace Kelly vibes while I stay at home. New York may be insisting on serving us up the coldest spring ever but these are helping me turn my eyes towards summer.

This Adam Lippes dress has the ease I’ve grown used to working from home, and the polish I’ll need when we return to the office—a smart investment.

I fell in love with Gigi’s work during the start of my Vogue career, when the brand competed as a finalist in the 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. Since then, we’ve worked together a lot. Her brand means a great deal to me (a fellow downtown-dweller and eternal lover of small accessories), so I have my eye on this fantastic straw hat which will be perfect for the summer ahead.
